Exclusively Yours Interiors collaborates with our clients from conception to completion of the design project. The end result is an environment that is aesthetically pleasing, highly functional and, most importantly, meets the needs of the client.

INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION:
During our first meeting, our goal is to get to know everything about you—your thoughts, desires, and goals—and to analyze and review your space and design requirements. At the same time, we want you to get to know us and feel comfortable with our company, both of which are important to the overall success of the design project.

SERVICE AGREEMENT:
Before any work is started, we give you a service agreement outlining the scope of the design project, approximate budget, time frames and associated fee structure. Once the service agreement is signed and the retainer is received, THE FUN BEGINS!

INTERIOR PLANNING & DESIGN CONCEPT:
During this on-site visit, we will have a more in depth discussion with you to determine the needs and requirements of the design project. After analyzing the space, we should walk away with a clear understanding of your expectations.

INITIAL DESIGN PLAN PRESENTATION:
We will create a design plan consisting of floor plans, furniture layouts, photos of recommended furnishings, fabric samples, wall finishes, floor coverings, etc. and discuss it in depth with you to learn what you like and dislike, and to suggest options.

FINAL DESIGN PLAN PRESENTATION:
We will refine the initial design plan to incorporate the elements we discussed and produce a final design plan that will also include the final selections and prices.

IMPLEMENTATION:
After you look over the final design plan and give us written approval of the selections, we will order all furnishings, materials, and set a date for the work to commence. We will continue to stay involved throughout the design project from conception to completion to ensure that your goals are met.
