		<description><![CDATA[<div align="justify">This gorgeous 1906 townhouse was completely renovated by Chicago-based designer <a href="http://www.tomstringer.com/">Tom Stringer</a> who is also the homeowner along with his partner, Scott Waller. Tom took his love of contemporary furniture, French antiques, and African art and placed it beautifully throughout their home.
