Of course, to me the best part of this home is it’s TOTALLY eco-friendly. The decor is absolutely STUNNING! I also LOVE the house is a good size and it is not overly done. Another great example of not compromising your style or luxury to go green.

Look at the details on this exterior...breathtaking!

Nice kitchen but in my opinion wrong color choice. We need something brighter!

The perfect shade of terra cotta was used in this dinning room. I also like the use of cream.

My retreat--The Masterbedroom Suite. This shade of green would not have been my first choice but it looks great in this room. I love the look of a canopy bed by squaring off the ceiling and painting it white and adding fabric directly to the ceiling.

Could this be my favorite room of the house? I can picture coming home from a hectic day, putting my daugther to sleep, then lighting some candles and listening to soft music while relaxing in a nice hot bath...ahhhh....


Ok, so it's really the HGTV Dream Home 2009. Overall this is a beautiful home however, a few things I would change like adding crown molding throughout the house (how did they miss that?) and changing a few paint colors. I tell you one thing, I am adding the photo of the exterior to my vision board! LOL!
